Obligația de notificare
Statele membre pot menține sau introduce dispoziții care să prevadă că, pentru a beneficia de drepturile sale, consumatorul trebuie să informeze vânzătorul cu privire la neconformitate în termen de cel puțin două luni de la data la care consumatorul a constatat neconformitatea respectivă.
