Right to lodge a complaint

Recipients of the service and any body, organisation or association mandated to exercise the rights conferred by this Regulation on their behalf shall have the right to lodge a complaint against providers of intermediary_services alleging an infringement of this Regulation with the Digital Services Coordinator of the Member State where the recipient_of_the_service is located or established.
