Internal market principle
1. There shall be no restriction on the provision of trust_services in the territory of a Member State by a trust_service provider established in another Member State for reasons that fall within the fields covered by this Regulation.
2. Products and trust_services that comply with this Regulation shall be permitted to circulate freely in the internal market.
